Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • During promotional periods, holidays, or high order volumes, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your tracking details.


Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver across all Emirates within the United Arab Emirates.

At this time, international shipping may be limited. If you require delivery outside the UAE, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

From time to time, Qasr Jamal may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email or WhatsApp.

If you have not received your tracking details within 48 hours after placing your order, please contact our support team.


Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.

Qasr Jamal cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from:

  • Incorrect delivery addresses.

  • Incorrect phone numbers.

  • Customer unavailability during delivery attempts.

  • Requests to change the delivery address after dispatch.

Additional delivery charges may apply if a shipment must be re-delivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.


Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Please provide:

  • Your order number.

  • Photos of the package and products.

  • A brief description of the issue.

Our team will review your request and work to provide an appropriate resolution.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

While we work with trusted courier partners, occasional delays may occur.

If your package appears to be significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.


Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used beauty, skincare, and personal care products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
